SHIPPING & RETURNS
All parcels are despatched by Australia eParcel Post [signature required] for orders received around Australia and for International orders please select Regular Airmail [no signature required] or Registered [signature required]. You will be notified by email once your parcel has been despatched.
If you wish your parcel to be left at safe place at your property if no one home for delivery, once permission given to Australia Post or any other freight services Coolgifts.com.au does not hold any responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels.
All parcels are calculated by weight and destination postcode delivery prices start as low as $9.95. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, and also shipping costs for additional items are calculated by weight and added to the cost of the first item. Buying in volume will mean you save on shipping costs, which means great value for money.
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia and around the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
For delivery to major cities and inner city areas, please allow 1-5 working days, [excluding public holidays] as determined by carrier, from the date of the clearance of payment.
For deliveries to remote or rural areas, please allow 2-7 working days, [excluding public holidays] as determined by carrier. A signature is required by carrier upon delivery of goods.
All orders are processed and shipped directly from our Clayton South warehouse within the same day or the following day of order request [most orders are processed on the same day] For Melbourne-based customers wishing to collect goods from our warehouse, please contact us on ph: 03 9551 6019 or via email so we can arrange a suitable pick-up time for you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
How to return your item:
- All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item or just give us a call on 0395516019 during business hours.
- All faulty items must be returned to Coolgifts.com.au within 14 days of the RA number being issued.
- A replacement product will only be shipped after the defective item has been received by Coolgifts.com.au.
- Items that are returned to Coolgifts.com.au without the RA number will be returned to sender.
- If, for any reason, you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, please do not hesitate to contact us by Contact Form or ph: 03 9551 6019 for further information.Contact our customer help line on ph: 03 9551 6019. One of our staff will assist you with your return request and you will be issued with a Return Authorization (RA) number when it has been processed. You will be provided with the address details of where to send your return. You must obtain an RA number in order to obtain a replacement product or a refund.If, for any reason, you are not happy with the product or have simply changed your mind, we provide an unconditional refund policy. Simply return the item unused and in its original packaging by 30 days from date of purchase. Coolgifts.com.au will refund the cost of the item or allow you to exchange your product for another item depending on availability.
Please note that postage and handling charges will not be refunded and shipping costs will be incurred by the customer for exchanged items.
