Index Plus™ is an enhanced version of our multi-award-winning chopping board categorisation system with co-ordinating knives, designed to reduce the likelihood of cross-contamination of different food types, Index Plus™ contains four individual chopping boards with four matching knives, each chopping board is colour-coded and has its own illustrated tab, indicating which food type it should be used for, each corresponding knife is also colour-coded accordingly, with Index Plus™ you can prepare vegetables, fish, raw meat and cooked food safely and separately.

The four knives are made from quality Japanese stainless steel with a comfortable soft grip handle incorporating full tang - a superior knife construction where the steel runs through the full length and width of the handle providing extra weight, strength and balance.
