the service and product I received, but had no idea the ends that they
would go to help out their customers. Recently I came to them with
a request for an item that I had seen on an opposing web site, I had no
pictures or codes for them to find the product I was after so it was no
mean feat I was asking of Naim to find it for me. But with in no
time flat he had not only found it, but had ordered it in especially for
me, and nothing was too much trouble. It arrived safely today, and
I am completely rapt. I had thought customer service like this was
a thing of the past, well not at cool gifts, they are always willing to
go the extra mile to help out, and do it with a happy heart. I
will definitely be back!! And as for the opposing web site, well
they not only lost a sale, but they've lost a customer through their
slackness.
